Draft for Intermezzo to Sonata in C minor op. 10 nr. 1, Biamonti 191 (1798-1799)

The second movement of the piano sonata op. 10 nr. 1 gave Beethoven a good deal of trouble; several attempts at it are found in various sketchbooks. Catalogued under Biamonti 191 is one of the more substantial attempts at the second movement, in two significant chunks. One is the beginning and the other appears to be the conclusion of a section. Found at page 34 of the Grasnick 1 sketchbook held by the SPK in Berlin.
