Military March in F for Wind Band (with Trio), WoO 19 (mp3)

Military March in F, WoO 19 (June 1810, with Trio 1822). This march for wind band was written for Archduke Anton, but was not published at that time. In 1822, when Beethoven was short of money, he added a trio in F minor to the march (as well as to the marches WoO 18 and WoO 20) in an effort to sell them to publishers. The attempt failed and WoO 19 was not published until after Beethoven's death. There are numerous recordings of this march; however, none of the currently available recordings include the 1822 Trio. The march is presented here complete and in its final form.
